Emma (Lea) is just a ‘small-town girl’ who dream of become a successful singer. She tries accomplish hear dream starting a new life on NYC. In one of the auditions for a role she meets Alice (Dianna) a young actress rising in the brodway musicals. Alice invites Emma for a date, first she refused, but when Alice makes that she take a role in the musical, she accepts and goes to dinner with Alice. They begin more than a friendship during the rehearsals of the play. But when Emma admits that she fall in love with her new co-star she discovers that Alice already has a girlfriend, the director of the musical. And now she have to choose between her career or Alice’s heart, and fast, because the musical is only from a couple of days away for the premiere.
